  Working Principle:

G-J Retractable Wire Fall Arrester Self-Auto-lock by the fall speed, high hanging and used in lower from hanging anchorage. Wire rope in a freely telescopic movement while its using in working in a height as the normal movement of users (the wire cable flexing freely under the function of inner Spring), when a fall dropping, the cable lanyard exhausted out of the Z-J rapidly, the locking system engendered a centrifugal force from its inertance to lock the fluted disc, make disc stop rotating, the absorb part acting on its function to make impacting force lower to ensure no hurting happened.

G-J will recover to its performance after the load released. The webbing lanyards will retract to G-J after using, easy to carry on.

Attentions

1.The product must be hung low, the suspension should be used in the user On top of sturdy structure blunt edges. (The smallest structures to withstand the force 15KN);The minimun working height greater than 2m;

2.Before using the product do respond to product appearance inspection, all metal parts No obvious signs of corrosion, the connection string must be used intact, Ann Full rope should wear, breakage, and try and lock 2 to 3 times normal; FDA tilt job, in principle, does not exceed 30 tilt Degrees, 30 degrees above must consider whether the impact to the surrounding objects;

3.If the trial occurred after the product falling, falling indicator shows Red, stop using the product immediately and do scrap

4.The product can not throw chaos hit, during transportation should prevent rain, Do not contact with corrosive substances

Maintenance And Storage

1.The product is not used, should be stored in a dry place; prohibited when not using long hung outside;

2.Each product should be kept clean after use ends;

3.The product's life: After three years, or twenty times the factory locking operation beyond the lifeof Li. That scrap processing, product components or serious corrosion damage immediately scrapped at Reason ( except severe corrosion and other harsh environments);

4.This product does not require additional lubricant factory and strict testing, Do not disassemble modification.
