W-YSeries Working Position Harness

Application

This Working Position Harness has a broad usage in Electric power system, architecture, petroleum, shipping, communications, pharmacy, bridge industries, etc. For locking fallen workers from a height and the working weight less then 100kg, especially for electric power system.

Structure and Performance Features

1)Meet standards: GB6095-2009< Full body harness>, GB/T6096-2009;

2)W-Y harness designed 2 anchorage in both waist side to connected with Working Position Systems, and a Back waist anchorage used to connect with Restraint Working Range Systems;

3)The Waist padding adopting the wider and thinker ventilate sponge pad, the special three-dimensional meshes of pad ensure the users comfortable and ventilate even Z-Y harness total immersion by sweat;

4)The adjust buckles designed with a Auto-lock function, and the length of size can be adjusted as users' different bodily form. The Reverse lock function make users in a high protective condition;

5)The Fastener buckle designed in legs to make wear an off-wear easily.

Waist, Chest and legs, all can be adjusted as users' size, and designed with Reverse lock function, to suitable different bodily form of users;

W-Y-1,FP 110-1, FP107-1 composed of double insurance operations seat belt; W-Y-2 ,FP107-2 double insurance operations seat belt.

Attentions

The service life of W-Y harness is 3 years, it should be shorten service life if the using in appalling work condition or highly frequency of use, W-Y harness much be treated useless after a drop, even without any damage indication, the date of fist

Breaking Load testing is the date of manufacture, the harness must be inspection each of；year after 2 years of service;

Storage harness in dry, cool and air freely house, avoid the Sunlight and fire; before each use, the users much check all parts of harness damaged or not, the webbing broke, tore, mouldy or not, and the metal parts flawed, corroded and others problems which would occur the fall. Please arrange a treat of out of service if find any indication which occur a fall;

Warning: For old productions, the whole batch of harness must treat as useless or change accessories if the Breaking Load less than 15kN.
