Structure and Performance Features

1. Meet standards: GB 6095-2009< Full body harness>, GB/ T 6096 -2009of full body harness>;

2. T4XB is a design with Multi functional combination of Fall suspension, working position, and Restraint working range, it can provide protection and comfortable to users when T4XB in using;

3. T4XB harness consisted of shoulder, waist and leg three parts. And these three parts all adopt the wider and thinker ventilate spongepad, the special three-dimensional meshes of pad ensure the users comfortable and ventilate even T4XB total immersion by sweat.

4. 4.The Dorsal and Chest Dee use to connected with Fall Arrest Device, Waist Dee use to connected with Working Position device, Back Waist Dee use to connected with Restraint Working range Device, Abdominal Dee use to connected with Rescue Device.

Adjustment: after putting on the full body harness, you should adjustthe belt to the right and most comfortable position.

First, adjust waist belt. Both side of waist belt have a fast buckle, ensuring that each buckle is tightened equally to ensure the front Dee ring is located in the middle of the user's body, as well as the waist belt should be fitted in concave of waist. Take care to thread the surplus belt through the small ring keeper to avoid scratching during movements.

Second, adjust frontal and dorsal Dee ring to comfortable position.The buckle will lock auto-matically while using one of your hands to pull

the belt transversely to the right place. It's convenient and safe.

Third, Adjust leg loops. Don't make leg loops too tight. Otherwise it would effect the operation, and legs would be ache and numbing for blood fluid blocked.

Attentions

The service life of T4XB harness is 5 years, it should be shorten service life if the using in appalling work condition or highly frequency of use, T4XB harness much be treated useless after a drop, even without any damage indication, the date of fist Breaking Load testing is the date of manufacture, the harness must be inspection each of year after 2 years service.

2.Storage harness in dry, cool and air freely house, avoid the Sunlight and fire; before each use, the users much check all parts of harness damaged or not, the webbing broke, tore, mouldy or not, and the metal parts flawed, corroded and others problems which would occur the fall. Please arrange

a treat of out of service if find any indication which occur a fall.

Warning: For old productions, the whole batch of harness must treat as useless or change accessories if the Breaking Load less than 15kN.
