cold shrinkable accessories

The cold shrinkable cable component is made of imported LSR silicon rubber material. It not only has excellent electrical property, but also has perfect physical property such as moisturizing, high ?exibility and long life. With the interference design, there is tightening link between the constant shrinkable pressure and the cable body and the property of waterproof is better. It is especial for high temperature, cold, salt frog, moist,contaminative environment.

The cold shrinkable cable component reduces the dif?culty and insecurity of calefaction with ?ame. To heat shrinkable products, the cold shrinkable cable component will automatically reset after extraction of the support for it is using outspread support principle. Therefore, it is called cold shrinkable type and is convenient.

The products have passed the integral type test carried out by Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute, are in conformity with the standard GB/T12706.4- 2008(IEC60502-2005), and the main auxiliary materials are in accordance with JB/T10740.

Product features

1. Imported liquid silicon rubber (LSR), high elasticity, small permanent deformation, storage period over 2 years.

2. Entirely prefabricated, insulation layer is integrated with stress control layer without any gap, no interface discharge.

3. Strong adaptability, -50℃ ~+50℃ for long-term use, wide wrapping range, it is able to wrap 3-4 sections.

4. Convenient installation, all-weather operation, especially suitable for ?ammable and explosive locations such as chemical industry, petroleum, mine and so on where should be far away from ?re.

5. Three-layer watertight, preventing from creepage accident caused by incursion of humidity.

6. High-strength external sheath adopts imported materials and industrial armor tape, which provides strong external protective covering, it is suitable for

multi laying modes such as direct burying.

7. The product has passed the type test stipulated in GB/T12706.4-2008.

COLD SHRINKABLE COMPONENTS ANALYSIS

1. It is made of imported liquid silicon rubber (LSR), track resistance reaches class 1A4.5;

2. Share the same air with the cable, which sharply reduces the partial discharge and clearance discharge;

3. Double-earth-wire structure that is convenient for operating inspection;

4. Non-magnetic permanent force spring, it could avoid eddy current or ?oating potential;

5. Seal pipe and stiffener at the end of straight insulating tube sharply improve the sealing and dampproof performances.
